What Inkspo collects, why, who processes it, and how to get it deleted

Inkspo (inkspo.ai) is an AI tattoo design generator. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, what we do with it, which companies process it on our behalf, and how to reach us about any of it. It applies to the website and to every design you generate here.
Design descriptions and choices. The text you type to describe a tattoo, and the style, placement, and size you pick. We keep these with the design they produced. They are how the generator works, and they tell us what people are looking for so we can improve the presets and write better guides.
Reference images you upload. If you attach a photo to guide a design, we store it so the generator can use it. We never display uploaded references publicly, and they are not shown to other users. See the Terms of Service for what you may upload.
Generated designs. Every design the generator produces is stored so you can view, download, and remix it. Designs are served from a storage address that is not listed anywhere, but anyone with the exact link can open one.
Account details. If you sign up: your email address, a name if you give one, a profile picture if you sign in with Google, and your credit balance and purchase history.
Payment. Purchases are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, the amount, and a customer reference. We never see or store your card number.
Usage and device data. Pages visited, buttons clicked, time on page, browser and device type, and IP address. We use the IP address to enforce the daily free-design limit and to block abuse.
Session recordings. We use session replay tools that record how visitors move through the site: page views, scrolling, clicks, and the text typed into the design description box. Passwords, email addresses, and payment fields are masked and never recorded.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use service providers to run Inkspo. Each receives only what its job needs, under confidentiality terms.

Designs, descriptions, and references are kept for as long as they are needed to provide the service, so you can come back to them. Account details are kept while your account exists. Analytics and session recordings are kept for the retention period of the provider, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
You must be at least 13 to use Inkspo, and at least 18 to buy credits. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be announced on the site.
