Why we get an artist to review everything
Most AI tattoo tools are built by people who understand tattoos from a shallow level. General AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini can help people make general tattoo designs, but those designs are usually outdated and not practical.
The key to get a good tattoo is to communicate your idea clearly, either with your tattoo artist or with an AI tattoo generator. A lot of people get lost when describing tattoo styles, placements, terms, not to mention there're so many specific restrictions related to tattoos.
Inkspo is built to decrease the miscommunications, to be the bridge between clients and tattoo artists. Our goal is to help the clients best understand, then describe their tattoo ideas in visual language. Inkspo tattoo guides are written by Jing, a tattoo artist with 10+ years of tattooing and 8+ years of training apprentices.
